- Develop an implementation plan for future MAXIMO enhancements and integration
- Analyse current Maximo instances, upgrades & mobile technologies
- Identify areas of customisation and optimisation and provide solutions that meet the program requirements
- Provide Maximo system support for problems & error resolution, apply changes using internal software problem & change request status tracking methodologies
- Analyse requirements for data exchange between applications to connect Maximo to external software
- Provide Maximo user and account management, interface with the application hosting group, change configuration management, reporting, and leading a user working group
- Provide production support and resolves user issues with system performance, availability and functionality
- Work independently as well as in a team environment
- Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to define Maximo related business processes
- Make recommendations concerning changes in business practices and changes in MAXIMO software operations
