Required Skills:
- Overall 10 to 12 years of experience, Preferably with 3+ years of experience as Scrum Master
- Sound knowledge of end to end software development lifecycle
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Knowledgeable on relevant tools in the different process domains (for e.g. process management, SDLC, IT Service Management, Project Management etc.)
In addition, the following specific requirements under Agile domain:
- Should be a Certified Scrum Master from ScrumAlliance or equivalent from other industry recognized institutions
- Experience in Software development Project delivery using Agile methodologies
- Hands-on experience in Agile practices
- Hands-on experience in Agile process management tools (e.g. Microsoft TFS, Version One, JIRA)
- Hands on experience in Automated testing, Automated build and Continuous Integration
- Ability to analyze metrics data from Agile projects and provide status update to all stakeholders
Good-to-Have:
- Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills
- Ability to identify opportunities for improvement
- Experience in training teams in Agile methodology
- Experience working in Retail Industry
Responsibilities:
- Manage business stakeholders expectations
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and guide the teams towards agile implementation
- Interact with client senior management to guide them in Agile transformation journey
- Consult with client teams to deliver quality work products using Agile practices
- Report to the Delivery and Business leadership on the progress and value delivered by the Agile teams
- Strengthen Agile practice, contribute to Agile competency development
